We have been enjoying members of a Tucson Basketball team this month. They are pre-teen/early teenagers and some of them even brought their parents in to train! These guys have done such a great job of learning their lifting form. They have really worked so hard at maintaining lower lumbar curves, getting their elbows high and outside and finishing the lifts with care. Today was a lot of fun because they all were so careful in their form that two of them were able to deadlift over 100lbs. In the picture on the bottom is Marli. She was fantastic today and I’m guessing very happy to be doing something that did not involve running. I know just how she feels!
