Level I Paleo Nutrition Basics Lecture

How did Chris L. lose more than 15lbs in about 6wks?

How did Betty drop 7% body fat?  How has Midori S. lost around 20lbs?  How did Sarah D. make her pants fall off?  By getting in touch with their inner Hunter-Gatherer of course.

Tomorrow night (Wed 7 pm)  is our monthly Level I nutrition lecture.  If you have not been to this lecture get on in so that you can have a basic framework for the CrossFit Works nutrition strategy.  Get your handouts and your questions answered.   This lecture, as always is free and open to the public.

Anyone interested in feeling better (more energy), looking better (less love handles)and gaining knowledge to maintain a salubrious lifestyle then this is a lecture that can not be missed. Jen has so much valuable information to share with those willing to give Paleo a full hearted effort. If you follow her guidance-100%- you will experience amazing results…guaranteed! Results are measurable. Bryon did a Body Comp. on me Nov.11th and then again Feb.6th. It was 27.4% and to my delight it decreased to 19.4%. I couldn’t be more pleased. In just three months of eating the appropriate foods and avoiding unhealthy choices, significant positive changes will take place. I am comvinced that Jen knows what she is talking about. Be enlightened…go to Jen’s high performance lecture and enjoy a new philosophy of healthy living.

  • Betty,

You forgot to mention that you had been a die hard vegetarian for a bazillion years before coming to CrossFit Works and adopting the CrossFit Work’s approach to nutrition!

And, don’t worry, my feelings are not hurt by the fact that you didn’t give your personal trainer any credit for the 8% drop in body fat!

I’m use to Jen getting all the credit!

    Seriously though, YOU ROCK!

    Carl
