In just three months of eating the appropriate foods and avoiding unhealthy choices, significant positive changes will take place. I am comvinced that Jen knows what she is talking about. You forgot to mention that you had been a die hard vegetarian for a bazillion years before coming to CrossFit Works and adopting the CrossFit Work’s approach to nutrition!
And, don’t worry, my feelings are not hurt by the fact that you didn’t give your personal trainer any credit for the 8% drop in body fat!
I’m use to Jen getting all the credit!
