		<description>Okay, change in schedule for Bumsteads...  I&#039;ve gotta head to Miami tomorrow to teach bachata and lap dance (kinda scared of this one... lap dance classes in miami during spring break... dangerous!) So we&#039;ll do Bumsteads when Mary gets back instead!!

Oh, and that leaves an extra space in the rowing class, I&#039;ll take my name off the roster.</description>

Rowing is a fluid motion, so I basically see this as an opportunity to review some of the fundamental mechanics involved (i.e., position, movement and force/power) so that one can maximize their effort.  For those with the “basics,” there are numerous opportunities for fine-tuning to make the erg-version of the rowing stroke more efficient and “effortless.”</description>
