		<description>I just hide my out of breathness well.  I am so psyched to report that my 800 time got me to the first benchmark on the crossfit chart.  This totally surpised me because I think I am super super slow runner.  Yeah for me.  Thanks Jen, I look forward to another one soon :).</description>
