WE ARE OPEN REGULAR HOURS ON MONDAY JULY 5th
Thanks to everyone who came out yesterday and supported the Southern Arizona Disabled Firefighters. We had about 65 competitors. You all dove in, got sweaty and raised approximately $600!! Not bad for a few tire flips… Thank you to Jenny LaCoss and Brett Welander who helped organize the event and to the folks from SWAT/CrossFit Tucson, CrossFit Northwest Tucson and Wildcat CrossFit who came out, watched and participated. Thanks also to all the volunteers and to everyone who helped clean up. We had kids, Moms, friends and partners all present and it was a good night. Thank you also to our sponsor – Choice Greens.
Special thoughts to Jay H., Leonard J., Stephanie B. and Nneka A. who are all overseas tonight on behalf of our country. You are on our mind.

Bryan-it was really sweet of you to let Jenny have a chance to do a little even though it meant giving up first place.
