You guys are the best! I love that you let me hang out for my mom's workouts. She is so much happier and healthier when she gets a chance to do her WOD that I wish there was a way we could have started this a long time ago. Thank goodness she found it when she did.
And Bryon, I'll get you one of these days...

I too love having all the kids around, they add to the homey feeling of our gym. Missed you all the past 2 days. See you later today :).

I know I miss working out with Rachel! You always motivate me to keep pushing, mainly to keep up with your strength and awesome kipping pull ups! Right now I'm in the San Diego airport already missing Crossfit Works. But I'll be checking out CrossFit Invictus at least a few times while I'm here. See y'all when I get back next week!

P.S. Although Bruce and I don't have kids, we do love that kids feel they have a place there. I enjoy all the little cuties!

Well, it has only been a week I think. You are so right about the solo workouts-it is just mentally difficult to go as hard. No worries, you will keep what you've worked so hard for and surprise us all when you get back! I'm sure the mtns of New Mexico are glorious compared to the Tucson concrete. Enjoy.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that the kid-frendliness of CrossFit is one of the many reasons that I love it so much. The Affiliates that I visited in San Diego were both kid-friendly, as well.

I guess I haven't been gone long enoug to make the "most missed" list? ;-) Well, I am missing my CrossFit family ALOT! Workouts aren't the same when I'm doing them all by myself. See you in August!
