I was so excited about Daniel's 10lbs because when I explained the Paleo Diet to him he looked about as excited as if I'd said "sprout juice for a month". My gut feeling was that I might get some excuses about not following Paleo and I was so wrong!!! You are really doing an awesome job Daniel and we are so happy to have you guys here and be getting to know you. And when Mary is ready for her off-meal installations I am so looking forward to cake...

Jen wanted me to post that since Mary and I have started our crossfit/paleo lifestyle change (two weeks ago today), I've lost 10lb.

Everyone's already posted what I do for recovery, but I thought I'd share.

i find that some aggressive foam (and pvc pipe) rolling immediately after training (before stretching) is key to me being able to function the next day. and fish oil! i'm also a fan of contrast showers, but not so much right now since my shower is capable of "hot" and "warm." useful post!
