I love the new logo!
And speaking of community, I wanted to ask the massage therapists (Nikki, Summer, Elizabeth and anyone else that I am unaware of) what you are doing about blisters. Mine are starting to become noticable when I massage and I have been using nail files and pumice and lots of lotion but I wanted to see if anyone had other ideas.

Crossfit is awesome, but it is one thing to do it on your own, and another to be part of an affiliate. I did Crossfit on my own for six months before I met Jen. Being part of an affiliate is one thing, but being a part of CrossFitWorks is a whole different experience. It is truely a family. Thank you Jen and Carl, and everyone else who makes CrossFitWorks what it is. The new logo looks awesome Chauncey! Who knew?! ERIN!!! I am so excited about the double unders! Way to go girl, so proud!

Aw! That was such a wonderful post, Jen. I feel so warm and fuzzy now.

But I agree that the people make the environment. CFW truly does feel like a community -- not a gym. And I think people really respond to that better, and thus, grow and come to perform at their best. It's like being on a sports team that gets along. :)

Lastly, I SO noticed the new logo. Looks great! Chauncey did an awesome job!
