Thanks to "Kelly" I now have experienced "sweat and tears" (my 5th group session) but I got through it! Thank you Andrew for your support! We did it!

I started Crossfit about 3-4 weeks ago and its the best the decision I've made for myself this year. I sleep, eat, and feel better already, not to mention my clothes are starting to fit me again! It's hard work but its worth it and I feel like I belong. My peers and trainers are awesome! Thank you Crossfit!!

Good Gracious. I think Rachel is the perfect poster girl for the crossfitter. She may not look it but she is a bad ass. I was so inspired by her that I started and now I feel amazing. It may not look it but I have changed alot and Ii have so much pridfe in myself. I absolutely love going to crossfit. I love the fact that these people genuinely care for me and my peers. I know that when I succeed they succeed. Thank you so much.

Multiple days in a row really are a great way to go. So far since I joined in January I have been doing about 4 - 5 days a week. Usually three on, one off, and than two on again it has been working wonders for me.
The first month I lost 17 lbs, and now I am staying at a very healthy weight, but costing me a lot of money to replace my wardrobe.
Just keep it up, it is certainly worth it, and I am now able to do things I never thought I would be able to do; Handstand push-ups, heavy weighted squats, and run without it completly leaving me breathless.
