All of our Programs are Month to Month with No Contracts.
The best way we’ve found to get you comfortable with the skills and exercises required to be a good, safe CrossFitter, is to have you start with our 12 Session ON-RAMP PROGRAM. At the end of your 12 sessions, you will know whether or not CrossFit is right for you, if it is, then you can decide whether you’d like to join our CrossFit Group Classes or continue training with us as a 1 on 1 CrossFit Personal Training client. The choice is yours.

For all prices listed below, if you are MiLEO (military, law enforcement or public safety) we offer a 33% Discount (except for Personal Training & 1 on 1 Private Training and the already stated family rate for MiLEO). If you are a Student we offer a 20% Discount on all of our services.
ON-RAMP PRICING:
The price of the ON-RAMP PROGRAM is $150. It is 12 sessions.
Once you have completed the ON-RAMP PROGRAM, most people will be ready to join our CrossFit Group Classes or if you feel that you would benefit from repeating the ON-RAMP that is an option or you may wish to become a personal training client, which is also a great option for many people.
If your scheduling prohibits you from making it to our scheduled ON-RAMP PROGRAM we can take you through the 12 ON-RAMP sessions at a discounted Personal Training rate. The cost is $35/session for one person, $50 for 2 people or $60 for 3 people.
Pricing for CrossFit Group Classes:
$150.00 per month for 3 classes a week. Most Popular Program.
$100.00 per month for 2 classes a week.
$175.00 per month for 4 classes a week.
$250.00 per month for our Platinum Program that includes unlimited CrossFit classes, 1 Nutrition Consultation each month and discounts on Massages, Personal Training and Workshops .
FAMILY RATES:
$200.00 ($100 each) for you and your husband, wife or partner. (This assumes a 3 day a week program – 4 day a week programs are slightly more.)
FAMILY RATES FOR MiLEO, military, law enforcement or public safety:
$150.00 ($75 each) for you and your husband, wife or partner. (This assumes a 3 day a week program – 4 day a week programs are slightly more.)

Some people are surprised at the cost of CrossFit Group Classes, especially when they are comparing it to more membership driven gyms, where no-one cares if you show up or not and you are on your own to decide what to do if you do show up. When some people come through our doors, they ask “Where is all your equipment?” They have become so accustomed to paying a low monthly fee to have access to a large room full of mirrors and treadmills and cable machines and who knows what else. We don’t have rows and rows of fancy machines that look flashy and that provide you with a rack to rest your magazine on so you can read while you talk on your cell phone and “work out”.
For the hour that you spend in our un-flashy, un-fancy and mirrorless gym, you WORKOUT, you are NOT hanging out, reading, texting, chatting with your neighbor or doing your “I’m barely breaking a sweat” workout that you can find people doing at way too many gyms!
And, that is what you pay us for. You pay us to give you focused, personalized training. You pay us to be responsible for and attentive to your progress. You pay us to program your workouts for you. You pay us to teach you to move correctly and safely. You pay us to support you in making optimal nutrition changes. You pay us to be your guides. You pay us to support you. You pay us to make 100% sure you are setting and reaching your goals for increasing your health and fitness. That is the difference between a “membership driven” gym and a “results driven” gym like ours. Here, if you’re not getting the results YOU want, then WE’RE the ones doing something wrong!
Pricing for 1 on 1 CrossFit Personal Training: PT Sessions are 1 Hour.
$60.00 per 1-hour session for one person;
$35.00 per person for a two person session; and
$30.00 per person for a three person session.
*10 % Discount available with packages of 10 or more.
Pricing for 1 on 1 Nutrition Counseling:
$60.00 per 1-hour session for one person, $10 for each additional person.
Member rate for Nutrition Counseling is $45 per 1-hour session.
Pricing for Drop-ins:
If you are a visiting CrossFitter and would like to drop into a class, our Drop-in fee is $15.00 or just buy one of our T-Shirts.
If you will be in town for a few days, a week or even longer, let us know and we will pro-rate our monthly rate for the time you will be here.
