What’s the First Step?

The first step is for you to find out if CrossFit Works is the best place to meet your fitness and health goals.  You have two options.  We suggest the first option if you are nervous, have special health or injury situations or just are cautious by nature.  We suggest the second option if you are a “jump-in-and-get-your-feet-wet” type of person.

1.  Call us at 520.623.6200 or email us at carl@crossfitworks.com and set up a time to come on in and talk to us.

2.  Check out our schedule here: Class Schedule. You may drop in and try any class on the schedule that is a Blueprint Class.  Classes called “Daily CrossFit” are not for dropping in and trying out.  You do not have to call ahead of time, but it would help if you arrive 10 minutes early.  We encourage you to try three Blueprint classes for free before you decide to make a commitment to our gym.

What’s the Second Step?

Once you decide that you want to train here you need to go on-line to our class management system and choose your class.  Registration in your class reserves you a spot in that program.  You register for your class each month.  Click here to go to the registration page.
