What’s the First Step?
The first step is to get you ready for CrossFit group classes! All of our group classes incorporate training and monitoring although we assume a level of understanding and competency with the exercises. We want you to be able to hit these group workouts hard and fast. You have to have excellent form and technique to do this safely. We require, that prior to joining our group classes, you complete our ON-RAMP PROGRAM. The ON-RAMP PROGRAM is done in a small group setting. You get to learn at a comfortable pace, gradually ramp up your effort and get to know some other new CrossFitters. We begin new ON-RAMP PROGRAMS twice per month.
